It isn’t a trial — there’s no countdown and no lockout, ever. Free is capped at 1 client, 1 user, and 3 metrics per client (enough to run one full monthly cycle with a real client), but the plan itself never expires and your account is never locked out of the app.

Can I use my existing Google Sheets?

Yes — Google Sheets sync is available on every plan, including Free. Plans differ only in how many syncs you get each month: 5 on Free, 100 on Starter, and unlimited on Agency and Premium.

Do my clients need to create an account?

When you run out — or if you’re on Free — One-Click Prompt Copy stays free and unlimited on every plan, building a ready-to-paste prompt for ChatGPT or Claude instead.

What’s the difference between the Agency and Premium plans?

Both include white-label share pages, the internal approval workflow, and priority support. Agency is capped at 30 clients, 10 metrics per client, and 120 AI credits/month. Premium removes the client and metric ceilings entirely, includes 1000 AI credits/month, and adds dedicated priority support.

What happens if I hit my plan’s client or team limit?

You’ll see an upgrade prompt at the moment the action would exceed your limit — for example, adding a 6th client on Starter. Nothing is deleted or retroactively blocked, and upgrading removes the limit immediately.

Can I downgrade or cancel, and what happens to my data?

Yes, anytime, from the billing portal. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Cancelling reverts your workspace to the Free plan rather than locking you out — your historical reports, clients, and share links are never deleted, regardless of plan or billing status.
